Broemmelsiek Park

The Architectural Scope of work included the complete renovation and remodeling of a residence located on the property adjacent to the existing Park boundary. This home was built by the Broemmelsiek’s and has been converted into a visitor center to house County Park employees and space for the public to rent for special events. Civil and Landscape scope involved the creation of an interconnected path and road system providing access to natural and man-made areas for repose and recreation. Provision for parking, playgrounds and park shelters and restrooms are to be distributed throughout the project boundary. A new entrance from highway DD, and a pedestrian boardwalk are additional complementary features to increase access to the park and its unique geographic features.
