Greenberg Gallery

After twenty years of being a partner in an art gallery, the owner was still very active in the international art scene and found this first floor office space ideal for his collection and exhibitions.  The 1,000 square foot tenant space includes 14 foot high ceilings and a floor plan that includes a large exhibit space, two offices and a more intimate gallery space for smaller works of art.  The large curtain wall of glass affords the gallery a street presence and plenty of daylight into the gallery and offices through a series of glazed openings between the offices.
