WUSM Neuro Imaging

The Neuro Imaging Research Center project consists of a new 67,000 square foot facility, located adjacent to an existing 22,000 square foot facility. The impetus for this project was to provide a world class physical facility, which will serve as a gathering place for distinct research functions in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Positron Emission Tomography Imaging. The client’s desire to publicly display the technology contained within the structure and yet provide the separation of function evolved and defined the major architectural components of the new facility.
