Novus International

OWH provided planning and design services for a $4.8 million, 42,000 square foot research and development facility. Novus, a leader in animal feed research, contains state-of-the-art biological laboratories for the research, production, and marketing of farm animal feed supplements. This new facility also contains offices, research library, conferencing, and support space to accommodate a staff of over 30 scientists.

01 Special Features & Challenges

Novus desired to have the work places in between the exterior glazed wall and be open to the laboratories. There was a further separation of laboratories from the corporate in the two wings of the buildings where everyone could come together in the large break room.
