Pierre Laclede Center

Following extensive infrastructure upgrades in the parking garages of the Pierre Laclede Center, the new owner engaged OWH to upgrade the plaza, entries and lobbies of the two class A office buildings.  For 7701, the plaza included a new water feature, building identification, landscaping and outdoor furnishings.  For the 7733 tower, the existing entry was to become tenant space and a new entry was created on the south side of the building.  Both lobbies were upgraded with new lighting, marble walls to match the existing marble and a new concierge desk was added in the 7733 building.  Landscaping and new site furnishings were continued in the garden patio located between the building and the parking garage.
