Washington University North Campus Financial Services

OWH provided programming, planning and design services for the relocation of the Finance Group from the West Campus of Washington University to the new North Campus facility. The 32,000 square foot renovation included space for Finance, Treasurer, Accounting and Payroll.  This relocation signified a major commitment to the North Campus facility which was originally a large office/warehouse facility.  The Finance group would occupy a large portion of the original two story office space and a portion of the warehouse space.  Perimeter offices had glass fronts which allowed daylight into the large open office environment on both floors.
