Washington University School of Medicine Office Building Addition & Renovation

To consolidate all of Washington University’s IT/IS personnel who were spread out over four campuses, an existing office building was gut renovated and doubled in size with a new building addition.  With all new building systems, the facility is designed with an open office plan where each floor has a core of offices, conference rooms and huddle rooms that are surrounded by open workstations, a variety of open collaboration spaces and an abundance of daylight.  The project was designed to achieve LEED Silver.
