Missouri Baptist Medical Center Strategic Campus Plan

The Strategic Campus Plan included a $34M addition to the existing community hospital and a $21M site and internal reorganization. The addition included a campus center, oncology center, adult and pediatric emergency departments, cardiovascular ICU and special cardiac care patient floor, an ortho/rehab patient floor, and two med/surg patient floors. The addition also provided for the realignment of several key services within the existing hospital including cardiovascular services, diagnostic and imaging services, main lobby and registration guest services, and a new gift shop.
